Making vacation with little ones stress-free is what we do best. Here are answers to common questions about renting clean, safe baby gear from Crib Connection.

 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CLEAN AND SAFE?

Yes. All equipment undergoes thorough cleaning, sanitization, and safety checks before delivery.

 

AT WHAT TIMES ARE DELIVERIES DONE?

  • Deliveries follow a standard drop-off and pickup route. Routes begin at 8:00 AM and finish by 5:00 PM.
 

WHEN DOES MY RENTAL TERM BEGIN AND END?

Billing is per night. Your start date is the delivery day; your end date is the pickup day. Need early access or a later pickup? Consider selecting delivery the day before or pickup the day after. Sorry we do not offer early or late delivery/pickup, self-pickup or airport delivery.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE A LAST-MINUTE ORDER?

Place your reservation online; we’ll flag it as a rush. We aim to confirm within 3–4 hours (subject to availability). Watch for the confirmation email—orders are fulfilled only after confirmation. We may follow up by phone, text, or email if anything needs attention.

 

CAN I PICK UP MY OWN EQUIPMENT?

Sorry but we do not offer self-pickup as we do not operate a storefront.

 

DO YOU DELIVER TO AIRPORTS?

Sorry at this time we do not cover airport delivery.

 

CAN YOU PICK IT UP FROM A LOCATION DIFFERENT THAN THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY LOCATION?

Yes — Pickup from a different location is allowed if pre-approved. No one needs to be present as long as drivers can access the equipment.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Yes. Log into your account or contact the local number in your confirmation email. You’ll receive an updated confirmation by email. Changes within 48 hours of delivery should also be called in and are subject to availability.

 

HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD I PLACE AN ORDER?

As early as possible is best. For peak seasons (holidays, summer), book several weeks in advance. Otherwise, 1–2 weeks’ notice is typically sufficient. We try to accommodate last-minute orders when inventory allows.

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

Yes. The minimum order amount is $50. If your cart is under the minimum, the area minimum applies.

 

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY RATES?

The delivery rate is $20 ROUND TRIP.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE LONG-TERM RENTALS?

Yes. Long-term rentals are available in most locations for orders longer than two weeks.

 

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK, AND WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Your card is collected and charged when you submit the reservation. If you make changes later, credits or additions are applied to the card on file. We accept major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
