We had issue with rental company moving our items to front porch to get rained on before we arrived and Crib Connection made an additional trip to Destin to replace items! We need a wheel chair on the next day and they brought it !!I will be a forever client and will HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing rentals in the area !! Thank YOU

Lindi Neagle18/09/2021Absolutely wonderful!!! Our flight got delayed and we didn’t land until midnight. We couldn’t find the crib when we got to the condo. I called and left message for them to call me at 1 am. Linda called me back within 30 minutes and we ended up finding the crib in the closet . She was exceptional and the best customer service ever . I will use them again.

Jessica Hurd06/07/2021This service seemed too good to be true… but it was true!!!! I contacted them three days before my vacation and I thought there was no way it could be that easy…. But it REALLY WAS!!!! My order was delivered right to my condo door on the day I arrived by a friendly delivery person! Everything was clean and made a vacation with kids soooooo much easier! I absolutely LOVE this service and will use on all future vacations!
Chelsea Johnston24/04/2019Crib Connection is a great rental company if you need baby/child gear. They even have wheelchairs and some other necessities for adults as well. They are a local company, so they are familiar with a lot of the rentals, which is helpful. It is nice to be able to make the reservations online, but calling them directly is also easy too. I would highly recommend if you do not want to lug all of your baby gear to the beach!
