Rental Agreement and Conditions
This page outlines rental fees, delivery & pickup rules, equipment care requirements, and the liability waiver.
Rental Fees & Payment
- Payment must be made by valid credit card.
- Minimum rental order: $50
- Delivery fee: $20 per order (non-refundable)
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Extra equipment
- Rental extensions
- Damage/replacement
- $20/hr wait time for delayed access
Cancellation & Early Termination
- 48+ hours before delivery: Full refund
- 24–48 hours before delivery: 50% refund or 100% store credit
- Less than 24 hours before or post-delivery: Store credit only
- No-shows or early returns: No refund; store credit may apply
Note: Store credit valid for 12 months; transferrable upon request.
Delivery, Location & Access
- Provide accurate delivery details (gate codes, etc.).
- Incorrect address reroute: $25 fee
- No relocation without written approval.
- $60/hr access fee applies for delays or restricted access.
Pickup & Return
- Pickup starts at 8:00 AM on return day.
- Equipment must be outside in a visible, accessible location by 8:00 AM.
- $25 fee for missed pickups or second trips.
- Rental extensions require 24-hour advance request.
Equipment Condition
- Equipment must be returned reasonably clean (no food, sand, fluids, pet hair, or ink).
- $25+ cleaning fee applies to soiled items.
- Photos are taken before and after for documentation.
Damage, Loss, or Misuse
- Renter is fully responsible for equipment during the rental period.
- Lost/damaged items billed at full replacement cost.
- Do not leave items in unsafe, wet, or unsecured locations.
Weather & Delivery Conditions
- We are not liable for delays due to weather, blocked access, missing information, or property policies.
Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement
- Assumption of Risk: Renter acknowledges all risks (injury, suffocation, etc.) and voluntarily assumes responsibility.
- Waiver and Release: Renter waives all claims against Crib Connection Services LLC, even in cases of negligence or product failure.
- Indemnification: Renter agrees to defend and hold harmless the company from third-party claims.
- Responsibility for Equipment: Renter must inspect upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
- Legal Jurisdiction: Governed by Florida law. If any clause is invalid, the rest still applies.
