1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Crib Connection, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Renter” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your rental.

2. Use of Equipment

All equipment must be used under adult supervision and only for its intended purpose. Customer agrees not to alter, misuse, or negligently handle any rented item.

3. Assumption of Risk

Customer acknowledges that using baby and toddler equipment entails inherent risks, including the risk of injury or death. Customer voluntarily assumes all such risks.

4. No Warranties

All equipment is provided “AS IS” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Crib Connection disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Inspection and Acceptance

Customer agrees to inspect all equipment upon delivery and notify Crib Connection within 2 hours of any concerns. Failure to report issues within this window constitutes full acceptance.

6. Damage, Loss, or Theft

Customer is responsible for all equipment from delivery until pickup. Damage beyond normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or failure to return equipment will result in repair or replacement charges billed to the credit card on file.

7. Cleaning Fee and Sanitation

Customer agrees to return items in reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, stains, or odors (e.g., smoke, pet dander) may incur additional cleaning fees.

8. Delivery and Pickup

Customer agrees to provide safe, accessible drop-off and pickup locations. If equipment is not available at the designated time, a redelivery or reattempt fee may apply.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are subject to a 50% fee.
• No refunds after gear has been delivered.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crib Connection, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or injuries arising from the use or misuse of rental items.

11. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crib Connection, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from the use or possession of rented equipment.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes must be filed in Okaloosa or Walton County, Florida.

13. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
